  1. Gently mix the beans, tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic, and avocado together in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix the olive oil with lime zest, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over bean mixture and toss lightly.
  4. Serve cold and enjoy!
