"This is my 'go-to' salsa. We eat a lot of it at my house, so it's important to be able to make it quickly! I have tried lots of different salsa recipes, but I always go back to this one."

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or a food processor. Pulse until ingredients are finely chopped and combined.
  2. This salsa can also be cooked if you prefer a more mellow onion and garlic flavor.
  3. For cooked salsa:
  4. Put blended salsa into a saucepan and heat until simmering. Once the salsa begins to bubble, immediately remove it from the heat.
