  1. Preheat oven to 450 **
  2. Wash and remove the tops of the tomatoes. Place flat side down on a sprayed roasting pan. Halve the jalapenos and remove the seeds. Place them on the pan along with the whole garlic cloves. Spray tomatoes, jalapenos and garlic cloves with all natural cooking spray and season with Sea salt on top.
  3. Cook on high heat for 30 minutes. Tomatoes will be very soft and lots of liquid in the pan , be careful removing the pan from the oven.
  4. Using the food processor chop the onions, place in a large bowl. Chop the Cilantro and place on top of the onions.
  5. After the tomatoes, jalapenos, and garlic have cooled, place some of them in the food processor and chop very finely. Pour into large bowl. Repeat until all tomatoes, Jalapenos and garlic cloves and their juice has been processed. With a large spoon or spatula, mix together the onion, cilantro and Tomato mixture together. Salt to taste. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving
  6. ** This can also be cooked on a gas grill!
