  1. Cut chicken into large cubes/pieces. Rub Goya seasoning onto chicken.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Saute garlic and onions; add chicken and cook covered until golden on all sides.
  4. Add tomato sauce/water, Tabasco, lime juice, green pepper, green olives, capers and sugar to skillet. Stir, cover and simmer on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
  5. Before serving, stir in small handful of coarsely chopped cilantro.
