  1. De-bone skinless chicken thighs and cut into quarters or use
  2. chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
  3. Slice onion into somewhat thin slices
  4. In a large glass bowl combine all ingredients saving the Olive
  5. Oil for after you combined them all. Once combined add the
  6. olive oil and mix
  7. Press chicken in bowl lightly and cover with plastic wrap
  8. Let marinade a minimum of 6 hours over night is even better
  9. Mix in bowl once every few hours to make sure it is well marinaded
  10. Once you has finished marinading remove chicken from bowl
  11. and shake loose any extra marinade You may throw out any marinade left in bowl.
  12. Begin to skewer chicken so that it isn't to tightly packed
  13. grill chicken until it becomes a dark yellow or slight
  14. orange with the tips a darker color.
  15. Serve with roasted tomatoes, fresh onions, sliced lemons
  16. and rice

This is my favorite dish ever! it would be really better if you let chickens dipped in those ingredients and add traditional sour Persian yogurt for the mentioned time.
