  1. Boil chicken for about 5-10 min, till just barely past pink, don't over cook or it will dry out
  2. let chicken cool,
  3. shred with fork set aside
  4. while chicken cooks, steam fresh veggies for about 2 min,
  5. cool veggies
  6. in lrg bowl toss all ingredients except mandrins & almonds
  7. toss 1 cup of dressing with everything
  8. right before serving toss in the almonds and mandrins
  9. supply extra dressing just in case,
  10. cause it is delicious
  11. may be served immediately
  12. If you can't find Soy Vay, Girards makes a great chinese chicken salad dressing, you have to be picky with this one the dressing makes it!
