  1. Preheat oven to 375 deg F On a lightly floured surface, roll out one crust, and place in a 9 in pie plate. Roll out top crust, cut two slits and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, tapioca, and cinnamon. Add blackberries, strawberries and apples. Toss gently to coat all of the fruit. Let stand for 15 min.
  3. Spoon filling into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust, trim and crimp edge.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 min. Cover loosely with a piece of alum foil and continue baking for 25-35 min. or until crust is golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
