  1. Heat oven to 340o, Mix chicken, taco seasoning, ½ cup water and salsa sauce in a
  2. skillet. Simmer on medium heat for 10 mins.
  3. Coat 13x9x2" pan with nonstick coating spray. Cover bottom of pan with 4 tortillas
  4. overlapping. Pour half of the chicken mixture on the tortillas. Cover with 4 more
  5. tortillas. Spread warmed beans and sour cream.
  6. Sprinkle half the cheese over the beans and sour cream. Cover with 4 more tortillas.
  7. Top with remaining chicken mixture followed by remaining cheese. Bake at 350o
  8. for 30 mins. or until bubbly. Can be made in advance and freeze leftovers
  9. Enjoy!!!!
