  1. Heat Canola oil in pan until hot enough for frying
  2. Preheat oven to 325
  3. Cut chicken breasts in half the long way, and cut into chunks
  4. Sprinkle with Salt, and Garlic powder
  5. Coat in chicken in flour
  6. In saucepan, bring Kraft Honey Barbeque, Parsley Flakes and Cayenne Pepper to a slow boil on low heat
  7. Fry chicken chunks to a LIGHT golden brown
  8. Drain on paper towel
  9. Place drained chicken into oven safe dish and coat with sauce-Add more sauce from the 2nd bottle if desired
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, or just long enough for the sauce to become sticky...DO NOT OVER BAKE!
