Zucchini and Soy Bean Stir fry

  1. 1. Add broccoli, cauiflower, soy beans and carrots to a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tblspn of water, cover with plastic wrap, and nuke for 1 minute, until tender crisp. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil over medium heat in a pan.
  3. 3. Add onion, allow to carmalize.
  4. 4. Add nuked veggies, zucchini and mushrooms to the pan.
  5. 5. Add garlic, stir on medium heat about five minutes.
  6. 6. Add terrakayi sauce and agava nectar, stir into veggies, abotu five minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm, with toasted sesame seeds.
