"I recently discovered I am gluten and dairy sensitive, so I created this cookie while experimented with healthy substituions from another recipe on this site. It ended up being a hit with the whole family, including my brother, the cookie connusor!"

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. 2. In a bowl mix together oats, brown rice flour, unsweetened coco powder, baking powder, white sugar, brown sugar, splenda, splenda brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves.
  3. 3. Mix in egg white, ripe banana, margarine and applesauce. Add walnuts and raisins.
  4. 4. On a greased baking tray form dough into small balls and place about one inch apart. Bake 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cookie comes out clean.
  5. 5. cool on a wire rack for 3-5 minutes.
