  1. Add ground beef and onions to a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. When half of meat is browned, add garlic and continue cooking until no pink remains in ground beef.
  3. Drain fat and return mixture to skillet. Add all remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour. Remove cover and cook 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  5. Enjoy on your favorite hot dog, or mix with 1 cup sour cream and enjoy with tortilla chips.
