  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions.
  2. While Pasta is cooking, mash up meatloaf in 2.5 qt casserole dish. Add corn and mix.
  3. In a seperate bowl combine Tomato Sauce with Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Sugar. Stir Well and set aside.
  4. Combine Pasta and Meatloaf mixture in casserole dish. Mix in Tomato Sauce mixture.
  5. Top with Parmesean Cheese, Italian Bread Crumbs, and Cheddar Cheese.
  6. Bake in Preheated 350 F Oven for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
