  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together, then pour into dry ingredients and stir til just mixed (it will not look smooth).
  3. Scoop into greased muffin tins, filling mostly full.
  4. Bake 18 minutes at 375 degrees.
  5. You can add 1 c. of almost any fruit, nut, chip, or whatever to this recipe by folding it in at the end, and adding spices to match (blueberries and lemon zest, for example, or apples and cinnamon).
