  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. layout rack of ribs and take a small handful of rub and apply one to each side of rack.
  3. This should cover 3 short rib racks Let sit, covered, in fridge for at least 20 minutes..
  4. Place ribs in tin foil and sprinkle any leftover rub on top of ribs.
  5. close up the tin foil and let ribs cook on grill for about an hour at medium to medium high.
  6. Take ribs out of tin foil and place on top shelf of BBQ grill. (save any juices left in the foil if you can)
  7. Line bottom grill with tin foil and continue to cook on low to medium heat for another 30 + minutes or until cooked thoroughly, pour the saved juice on the ribs on the top shelf before you close up the grill.
