  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. In small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, butter, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with milk.
  4. Stir in mini morsels. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch flute tube pan. Bake 70-80 minutes or until skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
