  1. To make filling, mix beans, onion and yogurt.
  2. To make sauce, saute garlic, tomato, oregano, pepper and cumin on medium heat until mixture liquifies (about 10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  4. To assemble, scoop 1/4 cup of filling on each tortilla.
  5. Roll up, and place seam down in shallow baking pan.
  6. Cover with sauce.
  7. Bake uncovered in preheaded 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
