"Wonderful chicken dish. Uses just the right mixture of honey, mustard, and curry. It is fantastic with peas and brown rice as sides. Just pour some of the left over sauce onto the brown rice. Everyone I've ever made this for loves it!"
In a medium sauce pan over medium low heat add butter, honey, and mustard. Stir slowly until butter has melted and everything has blended well. Add curry powder. Stir slowly on low heat for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken breasts in 13x9 baking dish. Pour sauce over top chicken. Reserve some of the sauce, set aside. Cook chiken for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Use extra sauce on top of brown rice or to dip chicken in.
