  1. Heat sauce pan to medium heat and add butter to melt.
  2. Add Sherry, 1/2 cup Milk, Parsley and stir.
  3. Let simmer for 3 minutes, do not allow to boil.
  4. In a separate bowl mix together corn starch and 1/4 cup milk.
  5. Pour Milk and Corn startch mixture into sauce pan and stir. Allow sauce to thicken and then add Ranch Dressing.
  6. Stirring frequently, sprinkle Chives into sauce.
  7. Adjust heat if needed to prevent sorching and add Shrimp.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over sauce and allow to simmer with out mixing for about a minute.
  9. Stir to mix in olive oil. Cook just long enough for Shrimp to be heated, but not over cooked.
  10. Salt to taste
