  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. grease muffin tins or use paper liners.
  3. in large bowl mash banana add apple sauce and brown sugar mix together.
  4. then add vanilla,eggs,flax,ground almonds,cinnamon,baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
  5. fold in blueberries.
  6. last add the flour mix till all incorperated but not over mix.
  7. spoon into muffin tins bake for 16 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
