  1. Place orange and grapefruit sections in bowl.
  2. Cut melons in half, remove seeds, and use a melon baller to scoop out balls.
  3. Add to bowl with orange and grapefruit.
  4. Peel and chop avocado into small pieces and toss with 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
  5. Remove avocado from juice and add to fruit and melon.
  6. Whisk olive oil, 1/4 Cup lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar together.
  7. Stir in honey, mint, salt, and pepper.
  8. Pour dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently so as to not mush avocado.
  9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
