  1. Brown sausage with onions, peppers & celery. Drain fat.
  2. Cook grits according to package directions (salt to taste)
  3. Combine cooked grits, sausage mixture, soup & 3/4 of the cheese. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Add additional cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
