  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. score brie
  3. put brie in oven proof dish
  4. place in oven for 5 minutes
  5. mix together brown sugar, pecans and whiskey
  6. remove brie from the oven
  7. top with brown sugar mixture
  8. put back in the oven
  9. bake for another 10 minutes
  10. serve immediately with crackers
