  1. combine in a zip top bag first eight ingredients then add pork chops and marinade for at least 2 hours or up to 24.
  2. cook pork chops on a grill or in a skillet with a little olive oil until thoroughly cooked (the meat should reach an internal temperature of 155F for at least 15 seconds).
  3. Serve with herbed fried potatoes, and a small salad tossed with a light vinaigrette.
