  1. Mix chopped potatoes and bouillon cubes in pot with enough water to cover. Cook until soft
  2. In a different pot, melt the butter and mix in the flour.
  3. Add the milk and heat until thickened.
  4. Mix in the cheese until melted
  5. Combine both pots together
  6. Add any vegetables or meat desired.(Corn, bacon, ham)
