  1. Slice scallions and onion thinly, and put in a small saucepan.
  2. Hold the tomato under boiling water, rinse under cold water, and peel. Cut into small dice and add to saucepan.
  3. Add tomato paste, spices, oil and salt and mix well.
  4. Cook on a small flame, gradually adding the water while stirring, under it reaches the desired consistency.
  5. Cool off before serving
  6. This salad can be easily frozen.
