  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars with a mixer 2 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, sour cream and milk. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl mix the all purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Add to the peanut butter mixture and mix only until it's combined (do not over mix).
  6. Fold the chocolate chips or chunks.
  7. Pour the mixture into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake 20-30 minutes or until they look golden brown.
