  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine first five ingredients and hand mix well.
  3. Roll into golf ball size meatballs and place on baking tray. Should net about 16 meatballs.
  4. Bake uncovered in oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Turn the meatballs and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Place meatballs on paper towels to drain.
  7. Place salsa in saucepan and heat through.
  8. Add meatballs to salsa. The longer they set, the better they get.
