"Delicious! I make them only three times a year to keep them special. They're always a hit with anyone I make them for. DO NOT use low fat, no fat ingredients if you want the full experience. This is another reason I only make them a few times a year."

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare ground beef according to taco seasoning packet instructions.
  3. Place tortillas on a dry paper towel with a damp paper towel on top and heat them in the microwave for 1.5 minutes.
  4. Put a couple of tablespooonfuls of the meat mixture and a sprinkle of cheese on a tortilla and roll it up.
  5. Repeat for the rest of the tortillas.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in an 9x13 pan.
  7. Mix together soup, sour cream and chilies.
  8. Pour over tortillas evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before plating.
  11. Yum.
