  1. In a large stock pot, cook tongue for about 4 hours on Med-High all heat 2 bay leaves, 1 onion diced and garlic. You want to boil till the skin of the tongue is removed easily.About 3 house
  2. Remove tongue from stock and lay on a cutting board. Remove the skin and return back to stock.
  3. Add potatoes, onions, celery and carrots.
  4. Continue boiling for 3-4 more hours.
