  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat
  2. Add 1/8 cup of the toasted sesame oil, turning pan to coat with oil evenly
  3. Add yellow squash to pan
  4. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on the squash
  5. Cook squash about five minutes or until done, stirring frequently
  6. Remove squash and place in a bowl
  7. Add remainder of toasted sesame oil, again turning the pan to coat it evenly
  8. Add chicken breast and shred within pan
  9. Pour 1/4 cup soy sauce over chicken breast and mix well
  10. Cook chicken breast about five minutes or until done
  11. Pour remainder of soy sauce over the rice
  12. Add rice and prepared squash to the pan and mix well
  13. Remove ingredients from the pan and serve in a bowl
