  1. Wipe fish
  2. Place in baking dish
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add breadcrumbs
  5. Whisk together sauce ingredients, gradually whisk in butter. Pour over fish.
  6. Bake uncovered in a 425 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillets.
