"After trying other salmon cake recipes, I invented my own that is very easy, healthy and tastes great. I will admit that my measurements are estimates. I use what I have on hand and to my own taste."

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. I use an electric mini chopper to finely mince the vegetables first.
  3. Dump all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. If it seems too "loose", add more bread crumbs.
  5. Add as much seasoning as you like.
  6. After all mixed to your satisfaction, make patties (much like hamburger patties). Make them as small or as large as you like.
  7. After you put them onto the baking sheet, press down lightly to flatten them out. They will cook more evenly this way and be easier to flip.
  8. Bake for 15 mins, flip them over and bake for another 15 mins.
  9. They will still be slightly soft but have a light brown exterior.
  10. I find that they do not need any condiments but feel free to garnish as you like.
