  1. Chop the bacon. In a pot on medium heat, fry the bacon till it is semi-crispy.
  2. Add chopped potato and fine chopped onion to the pot. Fry until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add mushroom, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix them with the potato and mushroom. Stir until mushroom is soft.
  4. Add milk, water, thyme and flour, bring to boil. Boil for 20 minutes or until the soup is creamy creamy enough. Add water as necessary.
  5. Crush some chopped potato for a more creamy taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
