  1. Cover the entire styrofoam cone with waxpaper.
  2. Tape to seal the edges.
  3. Starting from the bottom, adhere each indiviudal cream puff to the cone by using a toothpick, making sure the toothpicks are completely inserted and do not show.
  4. Spray the entire finished product with food coloring and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to dry.
  5. Remove from the freezer and fill in crevices with chocolate balls to resemble ornaments.
  6. Top with chosen tree-topper,sprinkle coconut flakes on the bottom, and arrange chocolate gifts.
  7. Place back into the freezer until 30min-1hr prior to serving.
  8. Note: Be careful with the food coloring spray, as it may stain your guests' hands. Make sure to offer napkins and extra toothpicks.
