  1. Score ham on both sides 1/2 inch cuts in a diamond pattern and place in roasting pan.
  2. Mix brown sugar with enough yellow mustard to make a smooth pourable consistancy.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cover ham with juice from pineapple rings.
  5. Then cover with honey.
  6. Pour brown sugar mixture over ham and place pineapple rings on top of ham.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Baste ham every 15 minutes or so with glaze in bottom of pan.
  9. Ham is done when scored diamond pattern splits open.
  10. Serve with glaze and pineapple rings.
