  1. Begin heating oil in large skillet. Meanwhile pour flour into shallow dish and add salt and pepper. Coat chops lightly in flour and fry in skillet. While they are frying place soup and milk in food processor and blend until creamy. Once chops are cooked remove from skillet and place in oven safe baking dish. Pour sauce over and cook in oven for 8 minutes.
