  1. In a crock pot combine the stock, pork roast, and onion soup mix. Set in high for 6 to 8 hours. Meat should shread easy with a fork. Drain and return to crock pot.
  2. Sauce
  3. Bring to boil in a large sauce pan enough water to cover the onion, garlic, jalapenos, and tomatillos. Quarter the onion and boil everything for 5 minutes. Drain and add to blender. Add the Cilantro,and juice of the lime, salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the Chili Verde to the crock pot and serve with white rice and tortillas. Can also be used in tacos, or served in a flour tortilla as a burrito with beans and rice.

Tacos are my husbands fav food -he could eat them every day and he declared the ones made with this the best he has ever had. He could not stop eating them. Absolutely melt in your mouth tendern...
