Beat all ingredients except frosting ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low for 30 seconds. Scrape sides of bowl. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared cake pan(s).
Bake for 40-55 minutes, depending on pan(s) being used. Cool in pan(s) on wire rack for 20 minutes then remove from pan carefully. Cool completely. While Cake is cooling prepare frosting.
FROSTING - Pour milke into medium bowl. Add pudding mix and sugar. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Gently stir in thawed whipped topping. Frosting will be thin. Spread onto cake and store cake in the refrigerator.
HINT: Using a glass pan will take a little longer then a darker one. Cupcakes will take the least amount of time. Be sure and check your cake with a toothpick a few minutes before baking time has
