  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. With a fork mix the flour and water in a medium bowl. Form a small amount of dough into a ball and then use a rolling pin to form it into a thin flat circle on wax paper. Poke holes in the dough with a fork to keep it from rising.
  3. Bake for 3-4 minutes on a cookie sheet. The whole process must not take longer than 18 minutes for it to come out properly.
