  1. Sautee chicken, celery, carrots, onion and parsley in butter until the carrots are fully cooked. Meanwhile broth to a simmer with thyme.
  2. Add chicken mixture and Acini Di Pepe until pasta is tender. Serve topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
