  1. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks. Gently mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill pastry bag with yolk mixture. Squeeze into egg whites until full. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
