  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat the sugar and eggs together for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the orange marmalade, milk and olive oil. Beat again until mixed well.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cranberries and pecans; stir just until ingredients are moist.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
  6. After the cake cools, sprinkle the top of it with a little powdered sugar.
