  1. Spray a frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add baloney and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Beat eggs with milk
  4. Add beaten eggs to the baloney in the pan.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, until light and fluffy and cooked through - about 6 minutes.
  6. Add shredded cheese to the pan and stir until well mixed - about 1 minute.
  7. Serve hot with biscuits.
