  1. Prepare rice per package directions but add drained pineapple juice from can and dash of red pepper to taste to boiling water.
  2. Finely chop small onion.
  3. Place in heated wok with oil.
  4. Once onion is translucent, add tomato.
  5. Add in Shrimp, red pepper to taste and salt. Cook until shrimp are almost done.
  6. Add in drained pineapple tidbits, avocado and dressing.
  7. Cook until Shrimp are done and heated throughout.
  8. Serve over rice.
