  1. In a small skillet melt butter and saute celery until tender
  2. about 10 minutes on medium low heat
  3. Cook stove top according to package instructions only substitue 1 can chicken broth for water
  4. When celery is almost done, add the sage and poultry seasoning to the skillet and saute a few more minutes
  5. When dressing is done, fluff with fork and add in the celery and butter from skillet
  6. Drain can of oysters presevering 1/2 of the juice from one can only
  7. Then add the two cans of oyster and the reserved juice to the dressing along with the black pepper stir, heat through and enjoy!
