  1. 1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. 2) Brown onion in butter
  3. 3) Add onion, soy sauce, water, onion soup mix & kitchen
  4. bouquet to roasting pan & mix together.
  5. 4) Place roast in pan, cover and cook for 3 hours.
  6. 5) Shred meat and add back to pot and serve.
  7. For sandwiches - Use Hoagie rolls. Butter them, add a slice of cheese on one side & toast under broiler.
