  1. Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
  2. Spray baking sheet with olive oil
  3. In a gallon ziplock bag, combine dry ingredients and parsley. Shake until evenly distributed.
  4. In a cereal bowl, whisk egg and milk.
  5. Dip chicken breasts in egg/milk mixture, then into bag, evenly coat with dry mixture and place on pan. Repeat until all breasts are coated.
  6. Spritz breasts with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
