  1. In large skillet or chafing dish melt 2 T butter- brown steaks quickly turning once- Remove to a platter-
  2. Add remaining butter,chives,parsley mustard,worcestershire, salt -pepper bring to a boil- Add vermouth and simmer -stirring for 2-3 minutes-- return steaks to skillet--
  3. pour brandy over steaks very carefully and flame--
  4. Serve as soon as flames die- spooning sauce over the steaks--
