"I wanted a great GREEN recipe for St. Patty's day but couldn't really find one so I came up with this and hopefully everyone will get into the St. Patty's spirit with green deviled eggs!!!"

  1. Boil eggs for 15 min.
  2. Make green dye and set aside.
  3. Cool eggs in cold water.
  4. Crack eggs but leave shell on.
  5. Add eggs to green dye and let sit for 5 min.
  6. Remove eggs from dye.
  7. Remove shell, you should have a great tye-dye effect.
  8. Cut eggs length-wise.
  9. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  10. Add Mayo and stir, add more mayo if needed.
  11. Add food color to yolk mix and stir.
  12. Add minced celery to yolk mix and stir.
  13. Add green yolk mixture to egg center.
  14. Place one parsley leaf on top of yolk mixture and serve.
